Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh job security dan leader safety commitment terhadap work engagement karyawan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Partisipan dalam penelitian adalah yang terdampak Covid-19 sedang melakukan arahan WFH. melibatkan 114 responden karyawan. menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif diukur alat ukur Job Security Perceptions, Leader Safety Commitment, Gallup Q12 Engagement Scale. Data pada dianalisis dengan uji regresi liniear berganda bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 16.0 for Windows. Adapun hasil dari menyatakan bahwa berpengaruh positif signifikan engagement.
